FLOOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES (STRIPPING, WAXING, AND BURNISHING)
LEGAL NOTICE
INVITATION FOR BIDS / REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Newton County School District is accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide Floor Maintenance Services, including stripping, sealing, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and refinishing of composite and tile flooring surfaces at the following district facilities:
- Newton County Administrative / Pre-Kindergarten / Alternative Education Building
- Newton County Elementary School
- Newton County Middle and High School
The contract period shall begin on May 26, 2026 and shall continue through June 30, 2027 with the option to renew annually upon approval of the Newton County School Board.

LEGAL NOTICE
INVITATION FOR BIDS / REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Newton County School District is accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide Janitorial and Custodial Services for the following district facilities:
- Newton County Administrative / Pre-Kindergarten / Alternative Education Building
- Newton County Career and Technical Center
- Newton County Elementary School
- Newton County Middle and High School
The contract period shall begin July 1, 2026, with the option to renew annually upon approval of the Newton County School Board.
